Introduction

As a customer of RG TechBrain, you acknowledge that by signing up for an account, you agree to comply with our Web Designing & Web Hosting Terms of Service.

1. The client's approval for work to commence shall be considered a contractual agreement between the client and RG TechBrain.

2. Domain and Web Hosting Renewal:

• A renewal fee for domain and web hosting services will be charged annually.
• If a client wishes to transfer their domain or services to another provider, they must request a Secure Code (EPP Code) in writing or via email at least 30 days before the domain’s expiration.
• The Secure Code/EPP Code will be provided free of cost.

3. Advance Payment & Refund Policy:

• A 70% advance payment is required before starting work on a website.
• The remaining 30% balance is due upon completion of the website or before hosting.
• Once work has commenced, advance payments are non-refundable.

4. Final Payment & Website Launch:

• The full balance payment must be made upon completion of the website.
• RG TechBrain reserves the right to withhold website launch until full payment has been received.

5. Delivery & Support:

• The website will be handed over as a fully functional, completed project.
• Unless an ongoing support package has been agreed upon, RG TechBrain does not guarantee future support.

6. Security Disclaimer:

• Cyber threats such as malware, spyware, viruses, and hacking are an unfortunate reality on the internet.
• While we take all necessary precautions during development, RG TechBrain cannot be held responsible for security issues after website handover.

7. cPanel & Website Modifications:

• Upon request, the cPanel login credentials will be handed over to the client.
• Once access has been transferred, RG TechBrain will not be responsible for any modifications made by the client or third parties.

8. Compliance with Laws & Regulations:

• Websites will be designed according to the client's specifications.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable online trading laws and regulations.
• RG TechBrain does not take responsibility for any legal non-compliance. However, we can conduct research on the client’s behalf upon request.
• For businesses with complex compliance requirements, we recommend seeking legal counsel.

9. Client Ownership & Copyrights:

• The client guarantees that all text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, and other media provided to RG TechBrain for website inclusion are either:
  Owned by the client, or
  Properly licensed for use.
• The client agrees to indemnify and hold RG TechBrain harmless from any legal claims arising due to unauthorized use of third-party content.

10. Policy Amendments & Jurisdiction:

• RG TechBrain reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service without prior notice.
